In 2017/2018 We designed and mentored full development and deployment of the nationwide FMS System database and fully interactive website as used by The Legal Aid Board. This was taken from consultative meetings, through wireframing, system hardware and software design, development, deployment and training of staff and administration. The system is driven by SQL Server and .NET using all current best-practices and design patterns. A huge consideration was given to the provisioning of data analytics so as to enable the discovery of patterns in the process and outcome of mediation.

In Castle Street, Belfast we mentored redevelopment of the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) data services, database and website.
Despite budget constraints, we took on the task of streamlining a web application with compromised performance, and set about improving the user experience. A very positive experience, whereby with only code refactoring and reprogramming (no hardware thrown at the problem!), all of the most common user experiences and tasks were speeded by a factor of at least 10, and in one case by a factor of over 10,000!

In Walsall, UK, for a credit-card company, we speeded up a weekly data migration task, from 23 hours to 45 minutes.

In an multinational bank in IFSC, Dublin, we tutored staff on DB optimisation. We used one of their reports as a case study. The report typically took 7 hours to generate. After 6 evenings of 3-hour workshops, we it was generating in 15 minutes.

In Donegal, Ireland's largest salmon processing company moved all its financial reporting/invoicing and even feeding instructions to SQL Server Reporting Services, following a series of our training sessions delivered.
